Wsa IMPLEMENTASI KONSEP STUDENT CENTRE LEARNING BAGI GURU SMP KABUPATEN MAROS MELALUI KOLABORASI MUSYAWARAH GURU MATA PELAJARAN

Sejak diberlakukannya Kurikulum 2013, guru seyogyanya menggunakan konsep Student Centre Learning (SCL) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Namun sampai saat diberlakukan kurikulum merdeka, masih mengeluhkan beberapa kendala mengimplementasikan SCL. Oleh karena itu, untuk memberi solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut sehingga dilakukan pelatihan implementasi Kegiatan ini bertujuan: 1) Memetakan kompetensi guru; 2) Mengembangkan alur peningkatan dan 3) Mendeskripsikan kemampuan dilaksanakan melalui kolaborasi dengan MGMP Kabupaten Maros melibatkan 25 SMP. bentuk lokakarya metode problem based learning, collaborative inquiry, scientific, pembelajaran diferensiasi. Hasil menyimpulkan: 1. Kompetensi awal sangat rendah, yaitu: (a) Kemampuan mengimplemenasikan SCL dominan pada level berkembang layak sebesar 80%, (b) mengembangkan lingkungan kelas yang nyaman aman 45%; 55% berada cakap mahir, (c) menyusun desain, melaksanakan, merefleksikan efektif kategori baik yaitu 46% 54% (d) melaksanakan asesmen, umpan balik menyampaikan laporan mahir; 2. Alur adalah: melaksakan asesmen awal, mengidentifikasi aspek indikator berdasarkan berkembang, layak, cakap, menganalisis perlu ditingkatkan, menentukan pendampingan, (e) memberikan (f) menerapkan melakukan praktik pembelajaran, (7) refleksi rencana tindak lanjut; 3). telah mengalami signifikan setelah pendampingan lokakrya, belajar pendekatan meningkat menjadi 80% mencapai 68% 65% juga sudah 75% mahir.
